Manning got a cash register for Christmas this year (one of the pazillion toys he recieved this year!). He loves it, but I don't think he completely gets the concept yet. I buy groceries (fake plastic food that Myers loves to chew on), Manning tells me a price, and then HE pays ME. If only all my purchases could be like this! Manning hasn't learned about money yet. He knows that Granddaddy gives him "monies" and that's a good thing, but that is as far as his understanding goes. So when you ask how much your fake french fries and peas cost he tells you, "8 minutes" rather than $8.
I started wondering....if all our purchases were sold based on the amount of time we use them would it change what we buy?
